An early cartoon depicting radio pulsations. It is of great relevance now, four decades later, as we appreciate "coronal seismology" and look forward to FASR. The point is that a pulsating structure will generate interesting diagnostic patterns of radio intensity and polarization, spread across the spectrum each with its own pattern embodied in the dependence of the gyrosynchrotron emissivity on its particular variable. Should be a rich harvest, especially with X-ray or EUV observations of the same pulsations.Feb. 6, 2008
